Eastern CX Series Rd 12, Milton, 26 Jan 2020

I raced at Milton Country Park for the penultimate round of the Eastern cross series today. The course was nice and technical with some good off cambers, climbs, descents and ruts. Also a few berms mixed in there. The start was absolute chaos going into a choke point but after it thinned out the race was about keeping it smooth and I just about managed that. I rode consistently and ended up completely hammered. It started to rain about 40mins in which made the ground immediately slick. It also fogged my glasses which was a challenge. I was much faster than last year so very happy with how I did.
